The Effect of Growth Promoters in Artificial Food on the Growth of Prawns (Penaeus Chinensis Osbeck)

利用相同的基础饲料配方 ,添加不同种类和剂量的促生长剂 ,采用单因子双水平的实验设计 ,以体重增长率、体长增长率和成活率为指标 ,研究了人工配合饲料中添加促生长剂对中国对虾成体生长的影响 ,实验结果表明 :促生长剂渔 和渔 在 10× 10 - 6的添加量条件下 。

This paper studies the effect of three different growth promoters on the growth of adult Chinese prawns(Penaeus Chinensis Osbeck). We adopted the single factor and two level experiment method, using the same basic feed formula and adding different kinds and amounts of growth promoters. During the experiment, several 120×80×60 cm 3 cages, each as a test unit, were put randomly into four 3×2×1 m 3 concrete ponds. Twenty prawns were put randomly into each cage, contrasting with each other. The experiment lasted from August 10 to 30, 20 days in all. Results showed that the growth of Chinese prawns was promoted noticeably by the addition of growth promoter No.1 and No.3, with the amount being 10×10 -6 .
