新洁尔灭对河蟹蚤状幼体的毒性试验

Toxicity Test of Benzalkonium Bromide On the Zoaeae of Chinese Mitten Crabs

为研究新洁尔灭对河蟹蚤状幼体的安全浓度 ,进行了室内毒性试验。通过对各期蚤状幼体 2 4 h,4 8h,72 h和 96 h的半致死浓度 (L C50 )分析 ,结果表明 :新洁尔灭对河蟹各期蚤状幼体的安全浓度 (mg/L)分别为 Z1 16 .72 ,Z28.80 ,Z33.87,Z4 3.94 ,Z52 8.82。

This paper deals with the in\|chamber toxicity test on the zoaeae of Chinese mitten crabs to obtain the safe concentration of benzalkonium bromide against zoaeae. Analyses of zoaea's LC 50 at each stage respectively for 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h showed that the safe concentrations(mg/L) of benzalkonium bromide against zoaea were Z 1 16.72, Z 2 8.80,Z 3 3.87, Z 4 3.94 and Z 5 28.82. In the meantime, it discusses the problems arising from the safe use of benzalkonium bromide in the breeding of crab seedlings.
