桥电六期4#锅炉排烟温度偏高故障分析及处理

Accident Analysis and Treatment of 4# Boiler Exit-smoke's Temperature Which is on the High Side in the Ⅵ Phase of Qiaotou Thermal Power Plant

排烟温度偏高是青海省大容量电站锅炉普遍存在的问题 ,这不仅降低了锅炉的效率 ,而且严重影响锅炉的经济性。文章通过分析桥电六期锅炉排烟温度偏高的主要原因 ,提出了一系列以锅炉燃烧调整和系统漏风检查堵漏为主要手段的解决方法 ,取得了很好的效果。同时指出了高海拔低气压的气候特征也是造成锅炉排烟温度偏高的原因之一 。

Exit -smoke's temperature inkling to high side is the common problem in Qinghai province's large capacity power plant's boiler,it reduces the boiler's efficiency.The paper analysis its main reason in Qiaotou thermal power plant's Ⅵ phase,and the writer proposes series resolving method which using boiler's combustion control and system's air leakage checking as the example,also,the writer indicates that the high sea-level and low air pressure in Qinghai is one of its reason,and proposes some suggestion on reducing the exit-smoke temperature.
