Combining the practical working experience of Qinghai power bureau's welding educational center,the paper proposes the management method, educational measurement and some cultivation noting questions in the welding educational work,discusses how to improve the welding cultivation effect,and emphasizes the welding cultivation function on improving the welding quality.
