摘要 血红素加氧酶 (HO)是降解血红素的微粒体酶系统 ,目前已确定的有 3种同工酶 ,它们降解血红素生成一氧化碳 (CO)和胆绿素 ,并释放出铁离子 .这 3种产物都有重要的生物学意义 .为了探讨血红素加氧酶系统的调节机制 ,就这种机制及 Heme oxygenase(HO)is a complex microsomal enzyme system involving three isoenzymes in the degradation of heme and resulting in the generation of biliverdin,iron,and carbon monoxide.Recently,attention has been focused on the biological effects of the products of this enzymatic reaction on the living body.Some developments about this field of research are briefly described.
