轮虫生产中两种益生菌的应用试验

Application test on two kinds of effective microbes in reproduction of Brachionus plicatilis

鱼类在工厂化育苗中 ,用面包酵母进行褶皱臂尾轮虫 (Brachionusplicatilis)的培养生产时 ,添加初始浓度为 1 0 0× 1 0 - 6 (V V)的脱氮菌和光合细菌 ,观察其对水质和轮虫增殖的影响 .试验结果表明 ,该两种益生菌对改善轮虫培养水质及其增殖具有良好效果 。

During the breeding of Yellow Croaker, bakers yeast is used to culture ratifer (Brachionus plicatilis),by adding two kinds of effective microbes with a primary cencertration 100×10. -6.(V/V). The effects of effective microbes on water quality and ratifers reproduction are tested. The experiment results show that these two effective microbes have a good effect on improving culture water quality and reproduction of ratifer, and can be applied in the cultivation of ratifer.
