放疗联合以顺铂为主的化疗治疗Ⅲ期宫颈癌疗效分析

COMBINATION OF RADIOTHERAPY AND CHEMOTHERAPY FOR STAGE III CERVICAL CANCER

目的 评价放疗联合顺铂综合治疗Ⅲ期宫颈癌疗效。方法 同期对比分析经放疗加顺铂化疗 87例和单纯经放疗 70例Ⅲ期宫颈癌患者 5年生存率、局部控制率、远处转移率和并发症。结果 5年生存率 :联合组 59.0 % ,单放组 41 .4%。局部未控或复发率 :联合组 46 .0 % ,单放组 64 .3 %。远处转移率 :联合组 34 .5 % ,单放组 35 .7%。放射性直肠炎 :联合组 4 .90 % ,单放组 5 .71 %。放射性膀胱炎 :联合组 4 .60 % ,单放组 4 .30 %。结论 放射治疗联合顺铂化疗 ,提高局部控制率和 5年生存率 。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of combined cisplatin with radiotherapy for stage Ⅲ cervical cancer. Methods 87 patients received concurrent cisplatin radiotherapy and adjuvant chemotherapy, and 70 patients received radiotherapy alone. Results 5-year survival rate in radiotherapy plus cisplatin group and in radiotherapy alone group was 59.0% and 41.4% respectively. Local failure rate was 46.0% and 64.3% respectively. Distant metastasis rate and adverse effects were similar. Conclusion Combined cisplatin with radiotherapy can elevate the local control rate and improve survival rate , but for the disease turning and complications there is no difference.
