摘要
阐述了大西江农场水土流失现状和成因，基于该场实际情况，进行水土保持“三区”划分和生态环境建设规划，并提出了规划实施的保障措施。
The article expounds the current situation and contributing factors of soil ero- sion, in Daxijiang farm, Heilong jiang province. Based on the farm's fact, the 'three region'divi- sion of soil and water conservation and ecological environment construction planning(2001 - 2010) are provided, and the guarantee measures of plan enforcement are put forward.
