50例甲状腺功能亢进患儿合并心电图改变的观察及护理

Nursing and Observation for 50 Child Suffering from Hyperthyroidism with Changes in Electrocar-diogram

通过对50例甲状腺功能亢进患儿的临床观察,发现合并有心电图改变者约占76％,因此甲亢患儿必须同时监测心电图的变化,加强心功能的观察及护理,减少了甲亢患儿心脏方面的合并症,提高了治愈率。

Fifty child patients suffering from hyperthyroidism were observed, 76% of them were complicated with changes in electrocardiogram (ECG) , so we must monitor electrocardiogram changes of the child patient suffering from hyperthyroidism, intensive heart function observation and nursing in hyperthroidism child patient. When the cardiac complications were decreased, the recovering rate could be enhanced.
