The quality education is carried comprehensively by basic military colleges for command. We must reform the way of traditional exam, and build a model to meet quality education. This article illustrates quality education in five aspects, which are to refresh ideas of examination, to build a storage of test questions, to control the topic, to use comprehensive examination and to build a system of scoring.
