Yangquan Internetwork'is a government computer network project applying the technology of Internet and Intranet.The article illustrates and designs the software system under its construction from the aspects of the general network structure,software platform choice,software integration,Web database connection,VOD test and Network safety management.The designing scheme in the article has been applied in the construction of 'Yangquan Internetwork',which is advisable to the government networking and the same project.
