This paper describes an intelligentized reconstruction of 705 radar. It introduces a new high performance electrical sonde which is tracked by 705 radar. It processes data by general computer and calculates atmospheric temperature, pressure, humidity and average wind in upper air. And it uses self-adaptive interpolation method to process the interrupted signal of sonde.
