半导体吸收式探头的研制与耦合技术分析

Manufacture of semiconducter absorbing surveying head and analysis of couple

本文给出了我们研制的温度探头的结构。并对45°角横截面光纤侧向耦合损耗做了测试,对光源与光纤的耦合作了理论分析。

The paper gives structure of surveying head for fiber temperature sensor. Couple loss for 45°section fiber in side direction is measured. Couple between diode and fiber is analysed.
