摘要
设计和研制了一种基于模糊技术的交通信号声讯器, 它能够根据交通路口的通行状况发出语音和声讯提示,且能随环境噪声的强度自动调节提示音量的大小,可有效减少噪声污染. 应用表明:该交通信号声讯器安装简单,工作稳定,声讯提示清晰,为有视觉障碍的行人横过马路提供了极大方便.
As an addition to the vision signal, this paper introduces a traffic sound signal based on the fuzzy technology which is designed and developed to give out speech and sound prompt according to the conditions of main road intersection, the device can automatically adjust prompt volume along with environment noise volume, thus reducing effectively the noise pollution. On-the-spot experiments proves steady operation and easy installation and clear sound prompt of the device which can offer great convenience to the blind pedestrians.
