摘要
“入世”解决的是物流企业进入国际市场和互惠的问题，而ＩＳＯ９０００质量认证是提供质量保证，使物流企业在国际市场站稳脚跟，并得到进一步发展。文章指出了物流企业实施认证的重要性，及正确选择质量要素、认证的方法和注意解决的问题。
The access to the 'WTO', together with ISO9000 standardization system has steeled the issue of market accessibility, reassured the customers with qualified service, and set up the competition mecha- nism to survive and keep feet the service providers and further develop as well. In this paper, th writer would like to elaborate the importance of the awareness and practice of the ISO9000 standardization system, the quality factors optimization, the practical methods and the noticeable issues.
