分析了物流业在西部开发中的地与作用，指出其影响和发展机遇，“心动”和“行动”相结合的基本思路和对策。
The position and action of the material flow service in West Exploitation were analyzed and the effect and chance of West Exploitition on the material flow service were pointed out. In this essay the basic countermeasure of developing the materialflow service were put forwand.
