摘要
《素问·热论》所论伤寒热病“其死皆以六七之间” ,与鼠疫的病程惊人地相似 ,二者初起皆有恶寒、发热、身痛等等症状 ,其三阳所主及治则遗复均相似 ,且从《热论》热病的疫病特征与抽象特点看 。
The various febrile diseases mentioned in the Exposition on Febrile Diseases (RE LUN) of the book Basic Questions (SU WEN) have an amazingly similar course of illness with plague, which cause death within 6 or 7 days. At the initial stage, both manifest aversion to cold, fever, pain over the body, etc. Besides both share similar sequel and recurrence. It can be inferred from the epidemic and abstract characteristics that febrile diseases are internally related to plague.
