摘要
利用黑液含有胶体SiO2 及有较高pH值的特点 ,将黑液作为萤石浮选药剂 .纯矿物试验表明 ,适量黑液对萤石抑制很弱 ,对方解石抑制较强 .用H2 SO4 将黑液处理后并按 30 %的体积比加入矿浆中 ,可得品位 93.76 %、回收率 86 .5 0 %的萤石粗精矿 .精选中加入 10 %的黑液 ,可得品位 99.18%、回收率 78.5 0
Black liquor ,containing colloid SiO 2and being higher alkalinity,can be used as reagents of fluorite flotation . Purity minerals flotation tests showed that black liquor , when its ratio in the pulp was suitable , depressed calcite strongly and fluorite poorly.A fluorite rough concentrate with a grade 93.76% and recovery 86.50% was obtained by adding 30% black liquor , which was treated with H 2SO 4,into the pulp.The concentrate was grade of 99.18% and recovery was 78.50% in an opencircuit test in which cleaners 10% black liquor was used.
