摘要
黄岛发电厂 4号炉送风机出力不能满足锅炉较大负荷需要。经对送风机及送风系统阻力的热态试验和分析 ,采用优化设计对风机及系统进行了局部改造 ,改造后不仅满足了锅炉机组的风量要求 ,而且节能效果十分显著。
The forced-draft fan output of boiler No4 at Huangdao Power Plant can not meet the needs under larger boiler load. Through hot functional test and analysis of resistant force in said fan and its system, they have been partially retrofitted in accordance with optimizing design, ensuring the said system to meet the needs of boiler unit. In addition, the energy-saving effectiveness of said fan is very remarkable after retrofitting.
