摘要 对铁岭电厂 1号发电机在高负荷工况下存在突发性振动问题进行测试分析 ,认为振动原因是发电机转子线圈热态膨胀受阻产生的非对称轴向力引起的发电机转子热不平衡所致。经采取措施处理后机组振动故障得到彻底解决。 Generator No1 at Tieling Power Plant had a problem of suddenly occurred vibration under high-load condition. It was found that the cause of vibration was due to rotor's thermal unbalance resulting from the unsymmetrical axial force produced by obstructed hot expansion of the rotor winding. Draw-out and inspection of rotor on the field have proven the result of analysis, and the vibration fault of generator was successfully eliminated after cure.
