In order to change the status quo and realize the multi-operating-condition function of new type sand-wash ships, this paper compares three schemes of propulsion plants, selecting the most feasible scheme by utilizing fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method. Then the paper gives an economic demonstration, deciding the economic profit of the best scheme.
