摘要
压缩机的力学平衡性能是影响压缩机使用性能的重要因素之一。文章针对目前广泛使用的60°和90°气缸夹角的V型压缩机分别提出了力学平衡方法,并给出了平衡重的重径积设计方法。采用这种方法,可在机组内部消除不平衡力,减小机组的振动。
Mechanical balance is one of the key factors influencing the performances of compressors. This paper presents mechanical balance methods for two V-type compressors respectively, of which the angles between cylinders are 60?and 90? It also gives the design method of weight-diameter product for balancing weights. By adopting this method, non-balanced forces inside machine can be eliminated and vibrations can be reduced.
