从分析国内火电厂烟气排放在线监测系统存在的不足出发，介绍首阳山电厂一期2×200 MW机组烟气排放在线监测系统中3个子系统的基本结构、功能，并论述烟气排放在线监测系统对控制烟气污染物排放所起的作用。

Starting from analyzing the shortcomings existing in the on-line monitoring systems of flue gas discharges in the thermal power plants in China，the paper introduces the fundamental structure and functions of three subsystems of on-line flue gas discharge monitoring system on 2×200 MW units in Shouyangshan Thermal Power Plant（ 1st phase ），and discusses the role of on-line flue gas discharge monitoring system in the control of flue gas pollutant emission．
