摘要
针对钢球磨煤机内产生的小钢球消耗电能,磨损钢球、钢瓦,降低磨煤机出力的实际情况,分析钢球磨煤机运行中选出废弃小钢球的可行性,介绍球磨机自动选出废弃小钢球装置的原理和优点,进行经济性分析,该装置在电厂实施取得显著的节能效益。
The small balls produced in the tube mill may result in the increasing of electric energy consumption,wearing of balls and inner linings,as well as reduction of mill output. In view of this actual situation,the paper analyzed the feasibility of selecting out the discarded small balls during operation of mills,briefed the principles and strong points of automatic ball-selection device of tube mills,and conducted the analysis of economics. Since this device was adopted,the power plant has achieved significant energy-saving benefit.
