鲤吉陶单极虫病血液学研究

Studies on the hematological pathology of common carp parasited by thelohanellus kitauei

对患吉陶单极虫病鲤鱼的血液学进行了初步研究 ,结果表明 :病鱼的白细胞数量增多 ;红细胞数量减少 ,体积变小 ,平均血红蛋白含量降低 ,幼稚的和破碎变形的红细胞增多 ;分叶的嗜中性粒细胞增多 ,体积变大 ;大淋巴细胞增多 ,血栓细胞减少。在病鱼外周血中未见“未明血液生物体”。

The hematological pathology of common carp which were parasited by thelohanellus kitauei was studied The results were as follow: The number of WBC was increased The RBC, was smaller than that of healthy The numbers of proerythrocyte, broken erythrocyte and transshaped erythrocyte were increased The number of neutrophils with division nucleus was increased and the number of large lymphocyte was decreased The volume of neutrophils with division nucleus was bigger than that of healthy The 'Undentified Blkkd Organism'(UBO) were not found in the peripheral blood of disease carp parasited by thelohanellus kitauei
