摘要
木质素磺酸溶液络合不同的金属阳离子 (Fe2 + 及Cr3 + )得到相应的木质素磺酸盐 (Fe -LS及Cr-LS)。分别以木质素磺酸亚铁盐 (Fe -LS)、木质素磺酸铬盐 (Cr -LS)为例 ,以MnO2 为氧化剂进行氧化处理 ,得到了不同金属阳离子木质素磺酸盐的氧化产物。在室内条件下测定了该氧化产物的性能及其在钻井液中的作用效能。实验结果表明 :不同金属阳离子木质素磺酸盐 (Fe -LS及Cr-LS)其氧化产物及其氧化产物所处理钻井液的性能具有相同的变化规律。从分子具有的官能团角度对该变化规律原因进行了探讨。
Starting from waste liquor of sulfite process and complexing by different kind of metal positive ions, the corresponding lignosulfonate (Fe-LS and Cr-LS) are prepared. By taking Fe-LS and Cr-LS as examples,and manganese dioxide (MnO 2) as oxidant, the oxidation products are prepared also.The properties of the oxidation products and its acting efficiency in the drilling fluids are measured in the laboratory. The results show that different kind of metal positive ions, the properties of the oxidation products and the acting efficiency of them in the drilling fluids possess have similar changing law. From the respects of molecule structure functional group, the reason of this changing law is studied.
