利多卡因和异丙酚抗红细胞过氧化损伤的交互作用

摘要 目的:观察利多卡因和异丙酚对过氧化氢(H2O2)损伤红细胞(red blood cell,RBC)的保护有无交互作用.方法:采20例健康人静脉血制成25%RBC悬液,分成8组:空白对照组、H2O2损伤组、损伤加2种浓度(0.02及0.03mg/ml)利多卡因组、损伤加2种浓度(4.45,8.9μg/ml)异丙酚组及损伤加2种浓度2种药物组.孵育后测定RBC悬液中K+浓度,丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)浓度和RBC溶血度.结果:孵育60min,H2O2损伤组K+浓度、RBC溶血度和MDA浓度与空白组比较显著增高,而加药组与H2O2损伤组比较3个指标明显下降,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);2种药较低浓度组合(Ⅶ)组K+浓度、RBC溶血度和MDA浓度交互作用无显著差异;而较高浓度组合(Ⅷ)组交互作用有显著差异;损伤90min时,Ⅶ,Ⅷ组K+浓度交互作用均无显著差异.结论:利多卡因和异丙酚以适当浓度配伍可使抗RBC的H2O2损伤作用增强.
