摘要
目前 ,在用的大部分钻机绞车采用的是带刹车 ,司钻需站在露天的钻台上操作刹把 ,工作环境恶劣 ,劳动强度大 ,因此 ,设计了一套钻机绞车控制器及司钻房。用刹车气缸取代刹把驱动滚筒带刹车的转轴 ,操纵气阀手柄实现了刹车的远程控制及司钻入室操作。钻井实践表明 ,该套系统设计合理 ,结构简单 ,安全可靠 ,操作方便 ,完全可用于配有带刹车钻机的改造上 。
To solve the problem that drillers operate the brake handle in the condition of outdoors, abominable working environment and great work intensity, the drilling drawworks controller and the drillers house are designed. Romote controlling of drawworks and driller's working indoors are achieved by handling the hand of gas valve to drive the turning axle of band brake after replacing brake handle with brake air cylinder. The practice through seven drilling teams and a hundred wells proves that the drawworks controller and driller's house are suitable to reconstruction of drilling rig with band brake and have a wide prospect in the future uses for appropriate design, simple structure and safety.
