通过对中国承包商的业绩分析，对其发展历程、取得的业绩、市场占有、行业分布等情况进行了深入研究；并与国外承包商进行多指标比较分析，揭示其不足以及产生这种不足的原因。在分析国际承包市场发展趋势的基础上，最后对中国承包商提出了一系列发展对策，以适应国际承包市场发展趋势，提高中国承包商在国际承包市场上的竞争力。

Just based on the introduction of Chinese construction contractors' performance, this paper make its best effort at analyzing some specific aspects such as: the course of development, acquired accomplishments, market occupation rate, industry distribution, etc. Whilst comparing with the foreign construction contractors on Mutli- indicators, this research discloses the deficiencies and cause causing these deficiencies for Chinese construction contractors. A series of development strategies are set forth according to the international development trend in order to enhance the competitiveness for coping with the opponents all over the world.
