中国西部城镇体系发展模式的比较分析

Models Comparison and Analysis on the Development of Urban System in Western China

在西部开发的过程中，城镇将成为带动经济发展、解决贫困问题的关键区域。但现有的西部地区城镇体系结构不能满足发展的需要，特别是我国西部现有的重点城市经过多年的超负荷运转，在解决诸如吸纳劳动力等具有中国西部特征的问题上，其潜力有限。从对我国西部城市体系的发展现状述评入手，根据西部地区的人力资源特征、自然禀赋条件和资金、土地等制约条仲的实际现状，比较分析了我国西部地区城镇体系可能的发展模式，并得出西部开发过程中必须以中小城市为主导，探求以资源经济链为依托的城镇体系发展新模式。

During developing western region in China, the cities and towns will become the key areas to lead the economy progress and solve the poverty problem. But the current urban system structure in western China can' t meet the demands of development. Especially after years of overloaded exploitation, the large cities' poten- tiality is becoming more and more limited in solving some special problems in western China, such as absorbing surplus labor. This article starts with the review of current urban system situation in western region. Consid- ering the human resources characteristic, natural resources situation, restriction of capital and land supply in western area, the authors compared and analyzed several potential models of the urban system development. At the end of this thesis the authors draw a conclusion that the course of west exploitation should take small & medium - sized cities as the leading form, and seek for the new mode of urban system relied on resources e-conomy chain.
