摘要
介绍了液压伺服系统优化设计的概念、原理及计算方法 ,并用优化设计理论对液压缸载荷进行了详细计算 ,确定了液压缸尺寸及伺服阀流量。计算中考虑了乘客乘坐舒适性和陀螺仪的响应时间。此外 ,还计算了液压泵功率及蓄能器容积。这种方法可直接用于以后的实车设计。
The concept, principle and calculation method of the optimum design of hydraulic servo systems of actual vehicles are given. The load of hydraulic cylinders is calculated with the optimum design theory in detail, defining the size of the hydraulic cylinder and the flow of the servo valve. The passengers' riding comfort and response time of gyroscopes are considered. In addition, the power of hydraulic pumps and the volume of energy storages are also calculated. The method will be directly used for design of actual vehicles in the future.
