柴油机电控喷油系统用压电陶瓷阀研究

摘要 阐述一种用于柴油机电控喷油系统的新型电液开关阀。该阀利用压电陶瓷驱动 ,位移采用液压方式放大 ,进行了系统设计、性能分析以及模拟计算。结果表明 。 A new kind of electro hydraulic on off valves of elecronically controlled fuel injection systems of diesel engines is expatiated on. It is actuated by piezoelectric ceramics with its displacement amplified by hydraulic means. The design of the system and analysis of its performance are followed by simulation. The results prove its responding characteristic superiority to electromagnetic on off valves.
