摘要
研制一种主要以磷石膏粉煤灰和石灰组成的固结材料 ,并对其配比进行优化研究 ,其最佳配比为 :粉煤灰比磷石膏 =1∶ 1 ,石灰类稳定剂掺量约为 6 %~ 8% ;固结材料压实度为 93 %~96 % ,可作路面基层材料 ,当压实度在 93 %左右时 ,可作路基的填筑材料 ,也可用其稳定碎石作路面基层材料 ;用 SEM对其微观结构进行了观察 ,阐述了其强度形成机理。
A new type solidified material chiefly composed with phosphogypsum fly ash lime is prepared in this paper.Its mix proportion is optimized.It is submitted that the ratio of phosphogypsum and fly ash about 1∶1 and the content of solidified material made of lime about 6%~8% is the optimum mix proportion.This kind of solidified material can be used as road base course material when its compacting ratio is 93%~96%.It can be used as sub base material when tis compacting ratio is around 93%.Crushed stone stabilized with it can be used as road base material too.Microstructure of this kind of materials is observed with SEM and its strength forming mechanism is discussed.
