Study on the Main Factors Affecting the Increase of Farmer's Income in Xinjiang and Countermeasures

提高农民收入是农村社会经济稳定与发展的核心问题 ,是开拓农村市场 ,拉动内需增长的关键环节 ,本研究结合新疆农村的实际情况 ,综合分析了制约新疆农民收入增长的主要因素 ,如农村经济结构不合理 ,农业投入不足 ,市场的压力 ,农村剩余劳动力转移迟缓 ,农业生产成本的增加及农民负担问题 ,提出调整优化农村经济结构 ,科教兴农 ,加强乡镇企业和农村小城镇的建设 ,广开收入来源和切实减轻农民负担等促进农民增收的对策。

To raise farmer's income is not only the key problem of social economy's stability and development in rural area,but also the crucial factor to open up the rural market and propel the increase of internal demands.Based on the realities of rural area in Xinjiang ,the thesis analyses comprehensively the main factors to restrict increase of farmer's income,such as the irrationality of economic structure in rural area,the lack of plunge to agriculture,the pressure coming from market ,the tardiness of remnant labour power to be transferred ,the raise of agricultural production cost and the problem of farmer's burden,puts forward the countermeasures to resolve it, including readjusting economic structure in countryside ,prospering agriculture with science and education,strengthening the construction of enterprises run by members in the rural villages and little cities and towns,opening up the source of farmer's income and relieving farmers from burden. =
