本文阐述了 FSTK 3网络前端电视信号监测器的功能。
As both the number of programs broadcast over CATV network and the transmission time grows,the headend room at network center is in urgent need of an equipment,which can automatically monitor all broadcast programs in real time.To ensure the safe and high quality transmission of radio and TV programs,and to reduce work intensity of attendants,the authors developed a TV signal monitoring system at network headend on their own,achieving good social and economic benifits
