摘要 缺血性心脏病是当今世界威胁人类生命健康的首敌。据统计 ,1997年美国死于缺血性心脏病的人数超过 46万 ,此单一疾病即占美国总死亡人数的 2 0 % ,远甚于其他任何疾病。随着人民生活水平的提高 ,缺血性心脏病也成为威胁国人健康的“第一杀手”。彻底阐明缺血性心脏病及继发于缺血性心脏病之后的再灌注性心肌损伤的发病机制并寻求相应的治疗措施 ,是当今世界医学界亟待攻克的一项重要课题。本文以作者近年的研究工作为基础 ,结合国外本研究领域的最新进展 ,综述丝裂素活化蛋白激酶 (MAPKs)系统在心肌缺血与缺血再灌注所致细胞凋亡中的作用。
