中性粒细胞与心肌预缺血保护作用的关系(英文) 被引量:2

The role of PMNs in the mechanism of ischemic preconditioning in rat hearts

摘要 使用雄性Wistar大鼠 ,开胸结扎冠脉左前降支以建立在体大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,观察测定了左室内压、梗死面积、MPO活性等指标以了解大鼠心肌缺血再灌注时中性粒细胞浸润与心肌损伤的关系以及预缺血对它们的影响。结果表明缺血再灌注可引起明显的心脏功能下降、中性粒细胞浸润、自由基损伤和心肌梗死 ,而预缺血明显减轻了缺血再灌注引起的中性粒细胞浸润和损伤 ,提示在大鼠心脏 ,预缺血有可能通过减少缺血再灌注区中性粒细胞浸润及自由基损伤而对缺血再灌注心肌发挥保护作用。 The relation of cardioprotective effects of ischemic preconditioning to the degree of PMNs infiltration with a rat ischemia reperfusion in vivo model was explored.The following variables were measured:①cardiac hemodynamic parameters;②infarct size;③myocardial MPO activity;④myocardial malondialdehyde (MDA) content.These results suggested that ischemia/reperfusion caused serious cardiac dysfunction, PMN infiltration,reactive oxygen species injury and myocardial infarct,however,ischemic preconditioning significantly attenuated ischemia/reperfusion injury.These results indicate that ischemic preconditioning might protect the heart from ischemia/reperfusion injury through decreasing PMN infiltration in ischemic reperfused area in rat hearts.
