摘要
利用锆基催化剂合成乙酸异辛醇酯 ,确定了反应条件。同时根据非等温变体积条件下的动态法液 固相反应的特点 ,导出了反应速率方程。计算结果表明 ,乙酸异辛醇酯合成反应服从二级动力学模型 ,表观活化能为 3 11.87kJ/mol,频率因子为 1.92 98× 10 39L·mol- 1 ·min- 1 ,反应服从二级动力学模型。
Iso octyl acetate was synthesized with zirconium base catalyst,and the suitable condition of reaction was determined.According to the catalytic characteristic of dynamic method,the equation of reaction rate was deduced under the non-isothermal and volume-varying condition.Kinetic calcuation,showed that the synthetic reaction was consistent with with secondary dynamic model,with activation energy 311.87 kJ/mol,and the frequency factore is 1.9298×10 39 L·mol -1 ·min -1 .
