摘要
在硝酸介质中 ,微量氯离子与银离子反应 ,生成氯化银悬浮体 ,在淀粉 乙醇体系中可用光度法测定氯离子含量。测定波长为 42 0nm ,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.2 4× 10 3,氯离子含量在 0~ 160 μg/ 10mL范围内服从比尔定律。用于亚氨基二乙酸中微量氯的测定 。
In the medium of nitric acid,trace chlorine react with Ag(Ⅰ) forming suspension of silver chloride,which could be used in the spectrophoto metric determination of trace chloride from imido acetic acid in the presence of starch,with λ max 420nm and ε=1.24×10 3.Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~160 μg/10mL of chloride.
