摘要
采用反相高效液相法测定了云南不同地区天麻中天麻素的含量。以C18柱作为色谱柱 ,甲醇 水( 3 0∶70 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 70nm ,按外标法定量。样品用甲醇超声提取 ,离心取上清液 ,并用 4μm滤膜过滤 ,处去大量杂质 ,达到基线分离。 5次平均加样回收率为 98.5 % ,RSD =1.87% ;重现性试验的RSD =1.5 3 % (n =5 ) ,为天麻提供了准确、灵敏的含量测定方法。
The RP HPLC was developed to determine the content of gastrodin in Yunnan defferent area's Rhizoma Gastrodiae on C18 column, with methanol water(30∶70) as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 270nm and external standard quantitative method. The sample was extracted by methanol vltrasonic extraction methode, and get its clear liquid part after being centrifugued, then filtrated with 4μm filter filmt to romove a huge amount of impurities and reach the baseline separation. The average recovery of spots (n=5) was 98.5% (RSD=1.87%). The RSD of reproducibility test was 1.53% (n=5),which provided an accurate and sensitive quantitative determining method of for Rhizoma Gastrodiae.
