汽车车身尺寸激光自动检测站通信网络

A Communication Network for Laser Auto Inspection Station of Car-body

摘要 结合视觉检测站的要求与特点 ,建立了基于 CAN的数据通信网络系统。介绍了通信网络的拓朴结构、通信协议、软件实现等。实验表明 ,该系统通用性好 ,可靠性高 ,传输距离长 ,传输速度高 。 According to the demand and the characteristics of the visual inspection station,a data communication network based on CAN is established.In this paper,the network topology,communication protocol and software realization are introduced.It is indicated through experiments that the system possesses the advantage of good flexibility,strong reliability,long transmission distance and high transmission rate which can be well adapted to the communication newwork construcation for major measurement system.
