摘要
在酸性条件下 ,I-催化 Ce4+氧化 As3+为 As5+ ,在 HAc- Na Ac体系中 (p H=6 ) ,原子荧光法测定 As3+ ,从而建立一种测定痕量碘的新方法。方法线性范围为 1ng- 10 ng/ 2 5 ml,用于样品中痕量碘的测定 。
I - can catalyzethe reaction of Ce 4+ oxidizing As 3+ to As 5+ in an acid solution. As 3+ can be determinated by HGAFS at pH=6.0. On this basis a new sensitive method to the determination of I - is established . The suitable concentration range of determination is 1ng-10ng/25ml. This metho d has been applied to the analysis of real samples with satisfactory results.
