一种新的H.263编码视频传输策略

A New Transmission Strategy for H.263 Coding Video

摘要 针对互联网传输信道质量较差的特点 ,提出一种新的基于 H.2 6 3标准的编码视频图像传输策略 ,一个图像帧用两个连续压缩包进行传送。该方案简单易行 ,保证在误码率 5 0 %的环境下 ,仍然可以使用错误隐藏的方法进行误码恢复 ,提高了传输系统的可靠性。 This paper proposes a new strategy of video transmissio n, especially for Internet medium which is unstable and often congested. A frame of a video image is packed by two sequential packets and is transmitted via a k ind of transmission medium. The strategy improves the reliability of the error c oncealment method and makes breaking image get correctly recovered, even code\|e rror rate of the received packet is up to 50%.
