摘要
氢化物发生——原子荧光法测定锑时 ,银离子有明显干扰效应。当溶液中存在 CN-时 ,CN-与 Ag+形成络合物 [Ag(CN) 2 ]- ,干扰效应减轻。依此原理 ,建立了测定 CN-的原子荧光法。方法线性范围 0 .0 1ug— 1ug/ 2 5 ml,用于实际样品分析 ,结果满意。
During the determination of Sb 3+ by HGAFS, Ag + interferes the determination. The complex of - is formed by Ag + and CN -. The interference is reduced. On this basis, a method to determinati on of CN - by HGAFS is established. The suitable concentration range of determi nation is 0 01ug-1ug/25ml. This method has been applied to the analysis of rea l samples with satisfactory results.
