In this project, real time data in production can be got by the communication through network between computer and DCS. Using pattern recognition controlled the production automatically and optimally. As an important technology of national 863/CIMS applied demonstration project, its application in the DCS of FCCU has been approved by CIMS expert of CNPC, and has reached the world advanced level and can increase economical benefit annually by over ten million yuan.
