摘要
基于闪速存储器的电可擦除重写及掉电保护等优良性能 ,设计采用闪速存储器 Am2 9F0 10和 AT89C5 2微处理器的数字记录仪以取代原有的打印存储方式 ,从而提高了数据存储的可靠性、有效性及后续处理的灵活性 。
A new digital recorder based on the flash memory is introduced.It uses flash memory Am29F010 and microprocessor AT89C52 for their erasable by electric and no lose of the data when the power is shut down.It replaces the original series printer,and then,the reliability and the value of the data are improved,the consequent process of the data is more flexible.
