摘要
MMIC放大器在微波通信等领域有着重要的应用。由于微波信号在传输过程中 ,不可避免的会被噪声和干扰所污染 ,到达接收端时的微波信号已相当微弱 ,所使用的接收微波放大器必须要在工作频段上具备较小的噪声。本文将讨论如何使用 M- L ane方法 (改进的 L ane方法 ) [1 ] ,使用自行研制的精密阻抗变换器 ,得到 MMIC放大器 Rn- Gn 噪声模型中包括最小噪声系数 Fmin在内的 4个参数 ,实验结果证明该方法可以有效地提高
MMIC amplifiers are very important in microwave communication and related fields. It is inevitable that signal power would be reduced by the noises and would be very weak when get to the terminals. There- fore,microwave amplifiers on the sinking side should be with low noise. This paper will discuss how to use the M- Lane's method and extractthe four parameters including the Fminin the Rn- Gnnoise model with a precision source- impendence tuner manufactured by us. The experimental results indicate that low noise design of the MMIC amplifiers is very significant for RF circuit and system performance.
