摘要
本文论述和解决了超高速机组转速信号的测试和处理问题。由光电测速传感器、低通滤波器和整形电路 ,获得转速方波电压信号 ;将该信号分为三路 ,一路经 f/ v转换器、电平比较器和逻辑控制电路 ,控制八档低通滤波器两端的模拟开关 ,以实现自动跟踪转速的四阶有源低通滤波器 ;二路经单 D触发器进入 82 5 3的 GATE2 ,以实现系统的同步定时整周期采样 ;三路经双 D触发器和一与门 ,进入 82 5 3的 GATE0、GATE1和数字信号处理器 (DSP)系统接口 ,并由它们联合计算转子转速 。
In this papter,the problems of rotating speed signal testing and processing for superhighspeed ma- chinery unit have been discussed and solved.The rotating speed square- wave voltage signal,which is obtained by the combination of the photronic tachosensor,the low- pass filter and the shaping circuit,has been divided in- to three paths.In path 1,the analog switches in two terminals of eight level active low- pass filters are controlled by the f/ v converter,the level comparatorand the logical control circuit,so thatthe fourth- order active low- pass filters with automatic following rotating speed are realized.In path 2 ,the signal is inputted GATE2 in 82 5 3 through single- D- Trigger,so that synchronous timing full- period sampling of the system is realized.In path 3, the signal is inputted GATE0 and GATE1in 82 5 3through Double- D- Trigger and a AND Gate,and the Digital Signal Processor (DSP) system interface,then the rotating speed of rotor is counted by them,so that the high precision measurement of the extensive rotating speed with fast change is realized.
