摘要 本文根据小波包理论提出了一种心电图压缩技术。算法以信源熵为标准 ,搜索 ECG的最优小波包分解树。由于在小波包分解过程中阈值的选取是自适应的 ,因此在取得高压缩比的同时 ,还能有效的保留 ECG的重要临床诊断信息。利用自举小波变换进行小波分解保证了算法的快速性。实验结果证明提出的算法是有效的。 A novel electrocardiogram compression algorithm based on wavelet packet is proposed. It searches the optimal wavelet packet decomposition tree guided by entropy. Because the threshold is adaptive,high compression ratio can be achieved with retaining the importantdiagnostic information.The waveletpacketdecomposition is fast by making use of lifting wavelet transform. The experiment results show that the algorithm is effective.
