Applications of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) in Large Scale Thermal Power Plant

本文论述了可编程序控制器 (PL C)的现状、发展趋势及其在大型火力发电厂中的应用。结合元宝山发电厂的科研项目 ,详细阐述了 PL C在电厂输煤程控系统、锅炉保护系统、气轮机自起停系统等系统中的应用情况。综合介绍所研制 PL C控制系统的设计思路及实现过程 ,并讨论具体实现中的关键技术问题。

In this paper,the state of the art of Programmable L ogic Controller(PL C) ,its future and its applica- tions in large scale thermal power plant are described.With the real projects in Yuanbaoshan Thermal Power Plant,the applications of PLC control system in coal- conveying routine control system,boiler inter- locking con- trol system,boiler dust blowing control system and Turbo Machine(TM) start- stop automation control system are also put forward.The main control manners of the PLC control systems are discussed in the paper.
